Edyta Jordan

I didn’t start in tech. I started by trying to understand people.
Now I build digital systems where data, platforms, and people actually work together.

My career didn’t follow a straight line—and that’s very much the point.

I began in marketing and management, learning how businesses grow, how decisions are made, and how people connect with ideas. But it didn’t take long to realize that strategy alone wasn’t enough. I wanted to make things—not just plan them.

So I moved into design.

As a graphic and digital designer, I learned how ideas take shape visually, how clarity beats cleverness, and how good design can make complex systems feel intuitive. I worked closely with marketing and sales teams, translating business goals into experiences people could actually use.

Then something clicked.

While working on websites and campaigns, I became increasingly curious about what was happening under the hood. How forms worked. How data flowed. How systems talked to each other. That curiosity pulled me into software engineering—and once I crossed that line, there was no going back.

What followed was a career spent intentionally blending disciplines most people keep separate: business, design, and engineering.

I’ve worked as a marketer, an award-winning designer, and a full-stack software engineer—often all at the same time. I’ve built marketing automation systems, designed and developed web applications, integrated CRMs, and led technical teams. I’ve worked side-by-side with executives, marketers, designers, and developers, acting as the connective tissue between strategy and execution.

Over time, that blend became my edge.

I’m not interested in shipping features that don’t get used, dashboards no one trusts, or platforms that look good but don’t scale. I care about systems that actually work—for the people running them and the people relying on them.

That philosophy is what led me to found Jordan Consulting Group.

JCG exists to help organizations untangle complexity, align their tools and teams, and build digital foundations they can grow on with confidence. We sit at the intersection of data, platforms, and people—because that’s where most real problems (and solutions) live.

Today, I continue to lead projects that combine strategy, UX, engineering, and automation. I mentor teams, architect systems, and help organizations move from duct-taped solutions to intentional, resilient ones.

I still believe the best work happens when you stay curious, cross boundaries, and build with empathy.
